Why is my credit card declining?

The data you entered does NOT match what the bank has on file for you, or insufficient funds
Your 'billing address' and cc data must match at checkout for a succsessful transaction.

  • Street Address (the number portion)
  • 5 digit Zip Code
  • CVV # (3 or 4 security digits from the card)
  • Expiration date

These are security features that help protect both the merchant AND the customer from fraud. If just one of these is incorrect, your transaction will decline. 

Our site does NOT approve or decline your card. Your bank does. The data you provide is transmitted directly to your cc bank. If the data you provide does not match exactly, your bank will not approve. Your cc bank will be able to tell you what the problem was.
 

Is My Credit Card Data Safe?

  • Snuff Gear employs the latest technology to secure our site. Our site utilizes SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt all sensitive customer information. SSL is the industry standard for the secure transmission of data.
     

My CC Statement?

The charge for your SnuffGear.com order will show on your cc statement as 'DISCOUNT SUPPLY'.
 

Phone Orders

Usually, we don't take phone orders. If you are concerned about security, We can assure you that in over 20 years of online sales, We have NEVER had an issue with any of our customers data.

Shipping International

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/HANDLING:


Snuff Gear will ship almost anywhere in the world.

Our credit card company will not let us accept cc's from, or ship to anywhere in, Africa/S. Africa, Eastern Europe, and Mexico.

Sales receipts are emailed to you when your order ships. This saves time, money, and trees!

NEW International Shipping rates:

$9.95 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item ordered.

Insurance for international packages is now available at checkout.

Please contact us with any questions. All International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are usually shipped within one business day. We ship Monday through Friday. We ship all domestic orders via USPS, and all International orders via USPS International Airmail.

PLEASE NOTE:
International Orders. All duties and taxes on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We expect our customers to know customs regulations in their countries, and Discount Supply LLC, (DBA Snuff Gear), will not be responsible for shipments detained by customs. We will issue no refunds for shipments held by customs, lost, or stolen.

Tracking. There is NO tracking available for international packages.

 

Shipping USA

Packages are shipped discretely. NO mention of the company name is on the outside of the box.

Shipping Times:
Orders received by 12:00pm Eastern ship ship same day. We ship Monday through Friday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING/HANDLING COST: Orders shipped anywhere in the US are $7.95, flat rate, regardless of weight.
Orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail.
Packages weighing 13 ounces or less ship First Class Mail.
Packages weighing over 13 ounces ship Priority Mail.

Large orders require Insurance & Signature Confirmation. (at our cost) 
 

Where's My Sales Receipt?

In an effort to save paper, your sales receipts are now emailed to you when your order ships. It is attached to the email as a .pdf file. If you do not receive this email, there is a problem with your email address. Please login to your account and check to make sure you entered a valid email address.
 

Your Email Address

A correct email address is EXTREMELY important at Snuff Gear. Your email address is the only way we have to contact you about your account/orders. You will receive an email several times during the processing of your order.

1. An email will be sent to you when you place an order. This email confirms that we have received your order. If you DO NOT get a confirmation email upon placing an order, the email address you entered upon creating your account, is faulty in some respect.

2. You will receive an email when your order ships. This email will include Your Sales Receipt, (attached as a .pdf file), and a notice that your order has indeed shipped.

3. If there is an issue with your order, you will receive an email explaining the problem and asking for correction.

4. PLEASE make sure you add 'admin@snuffgear.com' to your 'safe' list. This is especially important for AOL users.

PLEASE PLEASE make sure your address is correct! It is VERY important.
