Packages are shipped discretely. NO mention of the company name is on the outside of the box.
 
Shipping Times:
Orders received by 3:pm Eastern ship same day.
Saturday Orders received by 12 noon Eastern ship same day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:
Orders shipped anywhere in the US are $7.95, flat rate, regardless of weight. Orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail.
Packages weighing 13 ounces or less ship First Class Mail.
Packages weighing over 13 ounces ship Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/HANDLING:
 
Snuff Gear will ship anywhere in the world.

$7.95 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item ordered.

Please contact us with any questions. All International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail. You may use your Master Card, Visa, or American Express cards.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are usually shipped within one business day. We ship Monday through Saturday. We ship all domestic orders via USPS, and all International orders via USPS International Airmail.

PLEASE NOTE: International Orders. All duties and taxes on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We expect our customers to know customs regulations in their countries, and Discount Supply, (DBA Snuff Gear), will not be responsible for shipments detained by customs. We will issue no refunds for shipments held by customs, lost, or stolen.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:
If damage happens to your items in shipping, please refuse your order, indicate "damaged" on delivery receipt and contact us immediately so we can replace your order. We will take all steps necessary to insure that you have your replacement product as soon as possible.

Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of, and pay for, any taxes or duty that may be due on their order. NicotineRush.com cannot, and will not, be liable for and taxes or duty. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not get sent back to us. Unfortunately, we have no way to control this.
